These guys were great. I had a problem that was not fixable and they told me the truth and recommended I get rid of my car because of all the problems it had. They could have gotten a lot of money out of me to do repairs on it, but instead charged me only for diagnostics and labor. Thanks guys!

The service is very friendly. Free coffee, cocoa or tea. For the amount of work they did the price was worth it. They even provided a free loaner car, all you have to do is return it with a full tank of gas. They do have a limited number of loaners so they might not always have one available. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicle and even warrantied the work for 2 year or 24000 miles.The tech who worked on my vehicle seemed had done a pretty job in the repair. It has been running better than ever since the repair to vehicle. I'm very happy with the repair. They will be my "goto" repair shop.

I was having a few minor issues with my Honda, and decided to avoid the dealership. Definitely made the right choice! Excellent customer service, great communication, and the work they did came in about 20% less than what they originally quoted because they were honest and didn't blindly replace vs. reuse. Most importantly, my car is now running like it's brand-new. Nothing but the highest recommendation for Bassitt Auto.

When have you ever seen the owner of a major repair shop actually in the shop? Never? Well the opposite is true at Bassitt. Craig took the time to make sure I was being well taken care of. Did he have to? Not at all from the customer service staff to the mechanics to Jamie, the GM, every single person at Bassitt was courteous, knowledgable and professional. I got a loaner car for free ( just paid for gas I used) and the repair was done quickly. You have a nice warm, comfortable place to sit while you wait for service, and free coffee/beverages while you're there. They use high quality parts so you pay a little more, but you really do have to compare "apples to apples" when looking at the cost. I didn't just pay for repairs, I bought peace of mind!

I chose to use Bassitt for some basic services, as I was towed there after a tie rod failure months earlier and had a favorable experience. I'm also new to the area and don't know anyone else. I again had another excellent experience at Bassitt. Their level of communication was great, and they didn't try to push extra services on me (I really, really need some 100k mile service-type flushes, etc). They provided the pricing for those services and performed the brake job and wheel bearing replacement that I went in for originally. Also, free loaner cars rock (although the car I had seemed to need some tranny work). Free loaner car. Free. That alone saved me near $100 on a rental. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they do seem to be moderately expensive. I will be returning to them for future car repairs (and flushes)

When a repair that was done didn't quite fix the problem I was having, they immediately took ownership, had me bring my van back in, set me up with a multi-day loaner vehicle, and finally fixed the problem with some additional work. I was not charged for the additional work - they said they should have caught it all the first time. That's good service in my book!
