I took my car to this auto repair shop due to an engine issue. I was charged $160 for a diagnostic, and they told me I needed to replace the entire engine — a service they don’t perform. Naturally, I was shocked and upset by the news. The next day, I went to another auto repair shop for a second opinion. They fixed the problem without finding anything nearly as serious. It’s been over a month, and my car has been running perfectly since. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I recommend being cautious, and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs suggested here. Be careful.

I've gone to Bassit Auto a few times now for my both regular service and other repairs. So far most of my communication has been with Kevin who is down right awesome at keeping me in the loop whenever they're servicing my truck. I've been extremely happy with the friendly, helpful service,fair pricing, and quality work I've received every time. These guys are a real class act. They are up front with timing, cost, and if they have a recommendation, there will be no pressure. If it's serious they'll let ya know, if not, well it's simply a recommendation. I feel so good with how they treat their customers, they're the first place I sent my own sister to knowing she'll be taken care of, not taken advantage of.
