Very intermittent starting issue and they got it figured out after several tries. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Ive been using Bassitt Auto for years and will continue for years to come, I'm sure.

Excellent SERVICE with very professional and courteous employees. Our vehicle needed to have work done on the EVAP System and the employees at BASSITT completed the repair on time and the quoted price. While the vehicle was in the shop the Service Manager suggested that we should replace the Serpentine Belt which was cracked and worn and they service employees completed this task without any problems. In the preliminary phone calls, Jammie was direct, helpful and informative, taking all the time necessary both discussing the estimate and educating us through the whole process. He made the multiple repairs the same day we brought our vehicle in for an estimate, and the cost the estimate was nearly half what I've encountered in other shops. We will continue using Bassitt for our mechanical needs.

I had an adjustment concern about my rear brakes after a repair. Jamie fixed it the day I mentioned it. The wonderful thing is that I neglected telling him about it until almost 1 3/4 years. He happily fit my jeep in on the first day of a rare snow event in Portland. On top of that even though I waited so long he gave me a bill with nothing but zeros on it! Thank you!
