We've had consistent trouble with our A/C and had taken our car to two different shops before actually having it fixed at Bassitt Auto Co. Both earlier businesses had kept our car for days, seemed to opt for the least-effort attempt to fix our issue, and that was that. We decided to set up an appointment with Bassitt to have yet another place look at it, somewhat expecting the same experience, but were very pleasantly shown otherwise. The actual problem was discovered (among some other things) and was fixed immediately. I mean, it was quick, a day, if even, for the entire process. This place is so wonderful and the people who work at it are just an absolute pleasure to do business with. They're courteous, thoughtful, and competent. They talk and treat you with respect while explaining things in a very coherent way. As long as I have a car and live in Oregon I'll be doing business with them.
