Whenever I go to Bassitt Auto I feel like they are treating me with the utmost honesty and sincerity.
We have been coming to Bassitt for 10 years and have never had a bad experience… ever. I can’t recommend them enough!
Bassett is the only place I trust.
Excellent service as always. Thanks!
Great service and follow up with my rig Keep you informed on your vehicles issues
Always helpful. Always a good explanation. Trustworthy.
Vehicle towed in unannounced on the weekend. Although they were booked 10 days out, they diagnosed it by Tuesday, ordered the parts, and I had the vehicle back by Friday. Efficient, communicative, and and reasonably priced. Great group
Always great communication and service.
Great Service as usual.
While I don't make a habit of writing reviews, this one is absolutely deserved. Mike and his team went well beyond expectations with my vehicle. They deserve enormous credit for the assistance they provided. I highly recommend their service; their high standards are exemplary.
