Bassitt Auto has been our auto repair shop for years. Customer service is great, people there are wonderful and our main reason in staying with them as our preferred auto shop is their honesty. Its Hard to find a garage that will give you an honest recommendation especially for a woman.

Now that my car has moved out of factory warranty,I was told by my dealer service advisor that I needed about $2500.00 of service updates and normal maintenance. I have always followed the servce recomendations through warranty and felt these recomendatons were excessive. I knew it was time to return to Bassitt Auto Repair for a check up. The crew at Bassitt did a multi-point inspection and review. They recomended some services to be done now and a couple that would need to be looked at in about 6 to 9 momths. In total, when I get all these services completed it will be considerably less expensive. I know from bringing cars and trucks to Bassitt for many years, the work will be done reliably and exceptionally well. I have always appreciated their great customer servce and honesty.
