We have had our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced at Bassitt Auto Company for over a decade & have found them to be incredibly knowledgeable, honest, professional & always going above & beyond in rendering us service. Their charges are more than fair & they have even provided us with a free repair if it only required a quick fix. For the past few months, we have had a very strange problem: a Gas Cap Error message has been on constantly. Each time we brought the van in for service they tried their best to find a fix & recommended going to the dealer, which we did. The dealership said they would need our van for over a week to try & find a fix (not doable for us). Well, today we went to Bassitt for a routine pre-winter check & a new employee, Phoenix, was able to find & fix the problem in record time! Amazing!! A miracle! at no extra charge. I cant recommend Mike & the repairmen at Bassitt Auto highly enough. In this day & age when we are all striving to keep our used vehicles in top condition these guys will help to maintain them to the highest standard at a reasonable cost.
