They were upfront the entire time and always kept me updated on what my cost would be for the service. At the end of the day, they didn't use as much labor as they expected for the work they did and I ended up paying $200 less than the lowest price I was quoted. I love the communication, the friendly staff, and just the overall ambiance of the shop. I'll definitely be coming back should I need more work done.

Always helpful. I dropped by with a headlight problem and 2 mechanics worked on it for about 15 minutes @ no charge. Ive been using them for more than 20 years. Always great work at a fair price.

The staff is friendly, mechanics are knowledgeable, and the manager was accessible, communicative and proactive about keeping us up to date on work progress. This was our first visit for service on our Ford F150, and well be coming back.

5 star they went above and beyond. I want to drive my car to Salem, but he didnt have time to bring it in and do a full diagnostic but he said to drive it in and he would look at it to see what him and his technician thought that day and he said I could drive it and then I made appointment and they looked at my car and gave me a call when it was ready. They follow through. I was very impressed with them.
