When a repair that was done didn't quite fix the problem I was having, they immediately took ownership, had me bring my van back in, set me up with a multi-day loaner vehicle, and finally fixed the problem with some additional work. I was not charged for the additional work - they said they should have caught it all the first time. That's good service in my book!

Bassitt Auto ~ We can't say enough about them. Their service was amazing, the establishment was clean, you can even get a mocha while waiting for your vehicle! We loved all the basset items! It was nice to see everyone with smiles on their faces and being attentive in making sure we were taken care of properly. All the guys and gals are absolutely awesome and friendly. The prices and maintenance needs were clearly stated and not taken care of without our understanding and approval. We are very grateful they did not take advantage of us in anyway because of our lack of knowledge in vehicles. Thank you Bassitt Auto for being awesome!

Bassitt Auto Co. Is great! I've taken my high mileage Lexus to them on 2 occasions. I know I can trust that the job is done right. I like that they guarantee their work for two years or up to 24,000 miles. Other mechanics I've used in the past may have cost less, but did a sub par job too, and no one I've used before guaranteed their work for two years. Another great benefit is the loaner car program. They used to do the limo service but now they have complimentary loaner cars they will reserve for you. As long as they have your car you have theirs so you don't even have to worry about being without a car while your car is in the shop.

They always do a great job on our cars. They are thorough and good at explaining what is wrong before they fix it. I don't go anywhere else for car repairs. I am so pleased. Sherri Adams

I used Bassitt for the better part of a decade to work on my cars when I couldn't. Were they the cheapest around, nope. Were they dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy? I thought so. They always stood behind their work, no problems. They also chased down problems no matter how obtuse the cause might be. And they did nothing with out checking with me and giving me accurate cost projections. They also have a Limo service that can take you home with in a reasonable distance (i forget what that is). They are also on the Max line so public transport is only about a mile away. My only regret is that when I moved to N Portland Bassitt is now too far out of my way. Otherwise I would still be using them today, and tomorrow, and , well you get the picture.
