I've been taking my car to Bassitt for years. Yes, they are more expensive, but that's because they use decent parts and spend time making sure the job is done right. Their customer service is amazing, (or maybe I'm so jaded I'm easily impressed?). I took my Nissan into them yesterday to get the engine mounts fixed, they had notified me last year that one engine mount had cracked, I ignored their warning to have it fixed (because I love to play car engine roulette and see which speed bump is going to make my engine fall out). My husband was driving the car a month ago and heard a loud metallic ping as he pulled into our driveway. Turns out, the back engine mount had sheared off and cracked the front engine mount. So, like the good little procrastinator I am, I waited a month to take my car into Bassitt. They do a free inspection, list what they think your car could have done to it, but they're not pushy about you having those services, which I like. They offer you a loaner car (you just have to pay $0.30 a mile) and there are complimentary beverages. Rick and Kelly were super nice and accommodating with communication (emailing instead of calling, since I was at work) and Kelly arranged for me to be able to pick up my car after they had closed for the evening.

Brillant I enjoy calling Bassitt Auto, they are friendly and accommodating. They seem to always have time to change my oil. They have given me estimates for future work, so I can save for this expense which will keep my Subaru in top shape.

We had a great, reasonably-priced experience when we took our Jeep to Bassitt last month. They fixed everything up, even the unexpected clutch sensor, within 24-hours and we had our vehicle back. They were willing to work with our schedules to get our Jeep back to us after hours and were just all around kind, friendly, helpful people. It wasn't like going to the dentist, where they lecture you for things or going to a dealership where you feel taken advantage of and like they are trying to nickel and dime you to death. In fact, it was such a nice experience, when we dropped our Jeep off all bleary-eyed at 7:00am, the owner (Mr. Bassitt) greeted us with lattes and a walk-around of the shop, complete with 1950s newspaper and vintage cars in the mechanic work area. All of the mechanic-types that we encountered (managers/specialists, more likely) were kind and resourceful too, including the gent who also owns a Jeep and quickly got into ours to get the keys and move it into the work area when we were walking around with Mr. Bassitt (we couldn't turn the vehicle off because it wasn't starting back up, so it was idling out front, locked up with the keys inside; we had spares and were going to unlock it for him, but he was so quick and resourceful we didn't even have to). No matter where we live in the PDX Metro area, I believe we will be long-time customers of Bassitt Auto. Thanks for all your hard work and kind assistance, gentlemen!

I have two Dodge Sprinter vans serviced by Bassitt and noticed I was charged differently for the same service to each. I asked why the difference and was told it was a coding error in the computer system and received an immediate refund for the difference. The work was performed well and on time.

The Best I have gone to Bassitt for years and always they do an awesome job in all categories. All my Friends and Family go to Bassitt.

Always honest, up front, and personable. Plus free soda/coffee. PLUS nearly free rental. Seriously... don't go elsewhere.

The whole place is decked out in a 50's dinner theme with a juke box and all, they even had free soda, espresso, latte, and hot cocoa! The service was excellent and they really know how to explain what is going on with your vehicle in a way you can understand.

Convenient car care within walking distance from the Willow Creek MAX stop. Quick, hassle free drop-off with knowledgeable intake staff that ask the right questions regarding my car's issues. Same day service for my 3 items and they called to confirm the pricing and work authorization over lunch. Buttoned it up and had it waiting for me at a reasonable price. Great service!
