Great service

I will only take my vehicles to Bassett. Great service all the time. I recommended them twice just this month.

My family has been patronizing Bassitt Auto Co. for close to 20 years, and we have always had good experiences with them. Our cars are all old, and sometimes it takes a bit longer to find parts for them, but Bassitt always comes through. They've always been honest with us, which is very important to us.

We have a pick up that had a windshield replaced wrong. We had trouble with leaking and the truck was not running correctly. We found out that water had leaked into, and fried the computer mother board. Bassitt has been great fixing someone else's poor workmanship. We've been going to Bassitt for many years. They stand behind their work.

Thanks for getting the repairs done quickly and being flexible with my schedule. I appreciate that you made recommendations and were thoughtful about necessary and optional fixes.

The guys here are all super friendly and efficient had me in and out in a single day for engine mount repairs. I can see why it's often booked with appointments!

Great service. Honest. They charge much less than a dealer. I plan on using them for all my auto repair issues.
