They have a soda machine in there. They charged me quite a bit for an electrical diagnostic. When it was just a simple few that needed to be replaced. But I guess it's my fault for not knowing how to work on cars.

Very helpful, and I have not needed auto repair in about 10 years so was wary. Took my truck in at 10:00 am, they analyzed my oil leak problem and recommended the repair and cost and had my truck ready by 4:30 pm. Will definitely return if needed again

When we had questions about the repairs, they took the time to answer them and to show us what was going on. When I compared their prices to estimates from other mechanics in the area, they were comparable, but sometimes a smidge higher (5-8%). Worth it. They've got my business the next time I need work done.

Quick Turn-Around, Great Communication I recently took my vehicle in because my check engine light had come on. The tech explained the issues my car was having and listed them from highest to lowest priority so I knew which repairs needed to be done right away. I appreciated the info. I was given, as I was able to delay one of the repairs for several months. The folks at Bassitt are great and a pleasure to do business with. I love the 1950's diner décor and the free coffee, too!

Stands up to their warranty. I had a part fail that they previously installed and they stood by their warrenty. My repair was completed, with notifications of any changes happening during the repair. Delightful check in area at this business. Old time soda bar and nostalgic memorabilia. Best mechanic service I have experienced.
