There is no other auto mechanic like this. After purchasing a new car and encountering some key fob issues, I was referred to Bassitt. They worked tirelessly to rectify the key fob issue that shut down my car, consulting with specialty locksmiths, until the issue was resolved. During this time, knowing this was my only vehicle, they loaned me a car so that I could continue to get around. Their dedication and ethical approach to auto mechanics is exceptional. They kept me updated on their progress and never completed work without letting me know the charges ahead of time. They looked over my Mazda, performed expected maintenance and charged me a fair price for their work. I highly recommend Bassitt Auto and trust them to keep my Mazda safe and road ready.

Great place with which to keep your vehicle up to date. I've been coming here for the last year and know someone that had been coming here for years before that. Very trustworthy outfit. They do exactly what they promise, do it well and stay within the quote. Extreme pride in their craft. After I've had work done here my not-so-new truck somehow feels new again. They are not inexpensive but I always feel like I got more than my money's worth.

I’ve only been in the area for about a year and hadn’t needed to go to a mechanic until recently. These guys came recommended to me by a COMPETITOR of theirs who couldn’t fit me in for an appointment so they told me to go to Bassitt. I wasn’t disappointed. Not only were they thorough and honest in the inspection of my car, they also didn’t overcharge me some bullcrap prices. And when I was looking into buying a new car, Jamie (he’s my favorite there!) offered to come look at the car I was planning on purchasing “just to make sure it doesn’t have any issues”. I’d recommend this place to any and every one. You won’t be disappointed or feel like they’re cheating you.
