Very nice people in front office. Knowledgeable master mechanics onsite. Didn’t compare pricing with anywhere else. Adorable 50’s themed office. Needed multiple things taken care of on my newly purchased 2007 Hummer H3. I knew it would have things that needed to be fixed due to age and miles, but it is my dream car. Jammie had listed the items by order of urgency along with the estimate for each, and I had just about half of them done on this visit and will need to return for the rest at a later time. He (Jammie) kept me informed all along the way.

These guys are are so friendly and helpful. My van had some issues and they outlined what was immediately necessary and what I could wait on. The work was done quickly and professionally. I'll be using them again.

I had an emergency on my hands when a belt snapped and needed it fixed asap. The folks at bassitt were friendly down to earth folks that had me up and running in just a few hours. My vehicle runs better than it ever has. Thank you!!!

On my very first visit at this shop, I was having issues with my car, and they offered to have a technician take a look at it and discovered the problem right away. I experienced very friendly service, had to leave my car there and they provided a ride home and made an immediate diagnosis of what needed to be done, but I was not forced at all to make a decision to have them do the job. However, I did make the decision to have them do the work because of their honesty and friendliness. I would recommend Bassitt Auto Company to anyone.
