I was in a real pickle. I had a post surgery appointment scheduled for the next day and a car that wouldn’t start... and jumping it wasn’t working. I called Bassitt and they could try to squeeze it in that day and possibly the next. I had it towed and they tried several things. The next day they finally diagnosed and fixed the problem and worked extra hard so I could have my car before my appointment at Noon. I am so grateful.
