Bassitt has very knowledgeable and friendly team. They have saved me with and from some major issues. They answer every question, and give expert advise. They are very accommodating and always go above and beyond. This morning my car was iced from the weather (they had finished the work the night before) and made sure it was warmed up and defrosted before I drove away. I have an older Honda to which they have to resource parts and so far with the connections and expert repair man (major, major kudos to Jack) have always come thru. Not to forget Jammie in the front office...just outstanding!!

Always friendly, always helpful

I had a oil change service with them. They were very quick and the price was reasonable enough. Also, unlike some walk-in lube changing shops, you don’t have to waste your time at the lobby, because it’s by an appointment. They gave me the list of recommending services with the prices. They provide very honest and reliable auto services.
