Bassett consistently performs at an exceptional level. On time. On approved cost. Occasional errors are absorbed without passing on a rare misdiagnosed expense.

The usual very good and friendly service. This is the first time for a warranty repair. It was still scheduled quickly and completed within a day after discovery of the defective parts that would be required for repair.

Professional and friendly as always. Small oil stain on the garage floor when I parked the car for a few hours. Disappointed that the customer WiFi didn't work. Would have been more of an issue if the oil change had taken longer.
