I took our Honda Crosstour to Bassitt auto, for them to sleuth out a gas smell outside the car. Turns out the fuel pump/ fuel filter unit at the gas tank had a small crack. The first replacement part was defective, so they had to go back in and pull the gas tank and replace it again. Fortunately I didn’t need the car and it could stay with them until parts came in and repair completed. Through it all Bill kept me updated on everything and was very good at explaining the problem and the repairs. There were no charges to me for the re-do. I would definitely use Bassitt Auto again- though I imagine they hope to not see my Crosstour again lol. They were great. Thank- you!
