I first went to Bassitt with a vehicle problem three other mechanics couldn’t fix. They figured it out right away, and charged less than than those other shops. My husband dropped off his 96 Neon on Tuesday because it kept stopping and there was a strong gasoline smell emanating from it. The issue turned out to be a broken gas line, and there wasn't a part available so someone at Bassitt made one from scratch and replaced the old one. His car is now running almost like new. Bassitt also stands behind their work.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air right in the heat of the summer and we did tons of research about which shop was the best in the area - we're so glad we found Bassitt Auto! My wife and I are always hesitant to take our vehicle into places because we’ve previously experienced mechanics/shops taking advantage of our lack of knowledge of cars and the fact that we are both female. However, at Bassitt, we found the staff to be super friendly and they were transparent with us the entire time they worked on our car. We were informed throughout the process and did not try to take us for the most money they could. We were told the repair could be one of two costs (depending on what was wrong with it) and when it happened to be the lower cost, they were honest and charged us accordingly. Super grateful we found this local shop and would recommend this shop to my friends, family and strangers. Special thanks to Mike, you made this experience better with your humor and kindness. We hope we won’t have to bring our vehicle back in anytime soon, but know we can rely on Bassitt Auto for our future needs.

I brought my Dodge Ram in for its regular oil change. I received a call saying that the oil had been changed. But upon an inspection my rear brake pads were worn down to where they needed to be replaced, which was going to cost quite a bit more to do. I gave them the go ahead. An hour to two later I received a call saying that my truck was ready and there was good news, the pads were not worn as bad as they thought and were within specification. So the bill was not going to be as high as I was expecting. Other repair shops would have gone ahead and done the work without me knowing any different so they can pocket the extra money. I very much appreciated Bassitt Auto being honest with me.

I got a call that said .. the problem we thought you had was incorrect , They could of charged me 700plus to do what I agreed to let them do and I’d have never known really if it was done or not .. all I can say is these guys are seriously good folks .. I’m a real customer, no relation to anyone therein Bassitt., no close friendship therein ., But they should be …. Jamie and Mike are too knotch guys. Top drawer I’m speechless with admiration

I've been taking my '96 Tacoma to Bassitt for a looong time. Being the owner of an older vehicle, I don't always get news I want to hear, but the service is always courteous and professional. If something isn't done right, they make sure it's fixed promptly and correctly. They help me stay on top of the maintenance that I don't have the time nor the tools for. They're always open and honest about what needs to be worked on and sticking with their price quotes.

Mike was great to work with in determining the scope of the work to be done. He quoted it accurately and kept me informed when other work was also needed. Car was delivered on time as stated. Nice people to work with. Good value. I will use Bassitt Auto in the future for all of my auto repairs and maintenance.
