It's great to find an honest car repair shop after my previous shop moved to Tualatin. I can't recommend Bassitt enough. I purchased a used car with an intermittent problem that the dealer didn't fix after keeping my car for three weeks. Bassitt fixed the problem. Due to the intermittent nature of the problem, it took four trips back to Bassitt. The surprising thing was that Bassitt didn't charge me for anything beyond the initial charges. This includes the cost of additional parts needed to fix the problem, even after I offered to pay for the additional parts. That's integrity.
