I've been using Bassitt to maintain my 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 truck since they were still located in the old Quonset hut and they continue doing so with outstanding support. Not only do they have high quality service staff and management, but they back up their work to make any issue right. Any issue I experienced, in particular failure of parts installed were corrected every time with no additional cost and minimal down time. And don't forget their excellent coffee bar.

I know you were very busy but managed to track down the issue with my 1994 Cadillac. On top of that when I dropped by to have the coolant level checked you found a few moments to help with that also. You have no idea how much I appreciate your service.
