The usual very good and friendly service. This is the first time for a warranty repair. It was still scheduled quickly and completed within a day after discovery of the defective parts that would be required for repair.

Professional and friendly as always. Small oil stain on the garage floor when I parked the car for a few hours. Disappointed that the customer WiFi didn't work. Would have been more of an issue if the oil change had taken longer.

My car is running much better after being serviced at Bassett. My van had a dead battery and electrical issues as well as a blown oil pan gasket. They did a great job. My van is another story. I had it towed to them twice. They replaced the security module but it died. I was told it would be too expensive to track down the electrical issue and that it does not run. There is a scan tool for that and the van runs just fine, as it turns out.

The auto repair shop was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and got my car running more smoothly than ever! Highly recommended repair shop! Will definitely go there from now on for any work!
