Absolutely the BEST. I'm not kidding ya! You'll be treated with respect and honesty. You'll be glad that you are able to talk to the technician who worked on your car. If you ask questions about the work they did on your car, they'll take their time to answer.

We have only used this place for oil change and minor repairs, but we are big fans. They treat us right and have a cool waiting area. Much better than going to the big chain lubes. You can tell the difference in their service and their customer service. We will be visiting them again!

Found a trivial problem causing a Service Engine Soon light on my wife's car. Called, described problem, didn't charge me.

The service is very friendly. Free coffee, cocoa or tea. For the amount of work they did the price was worth it. They even provided a free loaner car, all you have to do is return it with a full tank of gas. They do have a limited number of loaners so they might not always have one available. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicle and even warrantied the work for 2 year or 24000 miles.The tech who worked on my vehicle seemed had done a pretty job in the repair. It has been running better than ever since the repair to vehicle. I'm very happy with the repair. They will be my "goto" repair shop.

I was having a few minor issues with my Honda, and decided to avoid the dealership. Definitely made the right choice! Excellent customer service, great communication, and the work they did came in about 20% less than what they originally quoted because they were honest and didn't blindly replace vs. reuse. Most importantly, my car is now running like it's brand-new. Nothing but the highest recommendation for Bassitt Auto.
