I've been there twice (the second time to fix what they broke the first time). Before taking my family on a road-trip to Disneyland, I decided to have my car checked out. They performed a tune-up and radiator-flush. At the hotel in LA, I noticed ants swarming the engine compartment. Leaving LA, the "check engine" light came on, and I saw the temperature gauge pegged. I immediately pulled over and popped the hood. The radiator cap was missing. This explained the ants - they were attracted by the "sweetness" of the antifreeze. I filled the radiator with water and drove to the next town. A mechanic found the cap in the engine compartment, re-filled the radiator and ensured the cap was in place. When I got back home, I told Basset what had happened, and they "cleaned up" the mess (steam-cleaned the engine and performed another radiator flush). The refused to refund any of the initial charges. If I hadn't had water on hand when I noticed the problem, my family would likely have been stranded on the highway. I was lucky that the engine wasn't destroyed in the process.
