Not the cheapest shop but one of the easiest and friendliest to work with. Location is very convenient as it's close to the Max line and they will call you an Uber if you need to get to somewhere. Schedule appointment, drop car off, they call with their diagnosis. Approve whatever work you want them to do. Pick up and pay. The only odd thing about the shop is that they have AAA Approve signage hanging off their sign, but inside the shop there is a note that they are no longer a AAA Approved shop and will not give AAA discount.

Up front about pricing before moving further sling with the work. Did a thorough assessment and found problems I didn't come in for. However, I did not wait long to get it resolved. Lobby very inviting. Friendly staff. Coffee served at the sofa fountain counter.

Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle maintained at Bassit. Jamie and the crew here are not only some of the kindest human beings you'll come across, no one ever ridicules or talks down to you about the state of your car, and you'll drive away from here without breaking the bank for even the most invasive repairs. They've worked on both my wife and I'm cars for 4 years now, and you can tell from every person here they are people who truly care about their work. You'll have to get an appointment because they're regularly booked out a couple weeks, but it is 200% worth it. I can't thank the folks at Bassit enough for everything they've done to help keep my car running.

I went in for a simple fix, and they were honest, out-going, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They quickly figured out a price for the work, and even managed to drastically cut that price with some out of the box thinking. Definitely planning on going back whenever I need some work done.

In needed to get a rear diff seal done . Ford quoted me 1,050 to fix . Redicous price of course . I came to Bassett and paid 274.00. They saved me a ton of money and a lot of frustration for sure. Have used them for years and are truly the only honest repair shop around. Thank you .
