Good experience from my perspective.

I had a check engine light come on after having extensive repairs done, Jammie got it all sorted for me in just a few hours... One of my plug wires they replaced for me almost 2 years ago had fried out, but he told me it was still under warranty and sent me home no charge. I will never NOT recommend Bassitt to anyone that needs a shop. Continuing great service as always, dropped my car off awaiting an appointment days away, and they squeezed me in when able, and I was able to pick up my car after steering linkage repairs the same day my appointment would have been. You guys are the most primo of primo auto shops.

Bob, we hold true to our Warranty policy! 24 months or 24,000 miles from the date of installation, unless otherwise specified......This policy is listed on all our customer invoices.

Jamie and crew were super helpful. Very honest and eager to please the customer. I would highly recommend the team at Bassett!

Jamie. Was very warm and welcoming. Explained what the process was/is clearly and precisely, over the phone and again in person. Great lobby to hang out in if need be. He even sent my friend a 25 bux gift card for the recommendation. Jamie has found a new repeat customer if need be, in me.

They got my 1996 Suburban fixed and ready in less than a day! Speedy fix, zero issues afterwards! Extremely thankful. I started coming here years ago and they're always been wonderful. Another mechanic actually recommended Bassitt to me as his own personal mechanic haha!

Jammie really knew his stuff and was courteous and prompt. He performed a detailed inspection of a used car (I’m out of state) and helped me figure out a creative solution when the salesman and I were too far apart on price.
