Very helpful. Explained everything.
Great service, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. They are my go to mechanic when I have issues with my vehicle.
Always Excellent Communication, Service and pricing, they are and will be my go to for all my Auto Needs.
Good folks, professional and knowledgeable. Done on time. Had oil/trans/engine coolant/transfer case fluids replaced, 100k mile checkup on 2012 Pilot.
Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to leave us a review.
I've never taken proper care of my care due to financial reasons, and bassitt made sure to take care of me here. They explained the services, options for saving money, and gave great referrals to other businesses for the fee services they couldn't complete. I look forward to coming back for my next service!
I have used Bassett Auto on and off for several years. I really like that they can call with an estimate so I can make decisions as to what work I can have completed. They have been very flexible about the drop-off and pick-up or my vehicles and I really appreciate that. They do quality work for good value and they are great communicators.
Bassitt was quick and professional. They fixed an issue caused by another garage in a very professional manor. I am happy with the service.
