Jaime and the staff bid the job, came in under that bid and sooner than anticipated...think he is related to Scotty (Star Trek). Update 5/20/2021 - what a great company, they do excellent work. I have taken my wife's vehicle to them prior and yesterday my Toyota Avalon had an issue they found the issue and fixed it in a few hours. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Update 8/16/2021 - won't take my vehicles anywhere else. My wife's mother passed and at the same time her SUV had a sprk plug go bad, they brought her in and quickly did the tune up so she could get on her way safely and without additional worries. If you want your car FIXED this is the shop to go to, Period.

Excellent service! Friendly folks, honest, trustworthy, cost conscious, timely, ALWAYS good work...they know what they’re doing and they do it well.

Bassitt Auto has been a lifesaver for me. I have an older truck and they have helped keep it running and in great shape so I can keep it another bunch of years. They are always honest and upfront with me and I can rely on them for good advice. Thank you Bassitt for all you do.

Got my Air conditioner fixed and they did a great job...very happy...very friendly...great customer service

Been struggling for a long time with inaccurate/slow/worthless auto services on the coast. I finally remembered Bassitt auto doing a great and timely job on an older toyota of mine. So, had my "newer toyota towed from the coast. The problem was fixed nside 2-3 days; expensve , I think, but well worth it. Bassitt will have all my work that I can/'t won't do myself from now on. Unless I'm 1000s of miles away, which happens. And even then I may just bring my vehicles here. Many thanks ! Jens
