I came to this shop for a second opinion on a leak I had assessed at another local place. This was my first real problem with my first ever car, so I didn't have a regular mechanic shop yet. From the start, everyone here was super professional and kind, and once my issue was diagnosed, they explained everything easily. The repair was quick and handoff simple. I absolutely will be returning here for any future issues I may have and will recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks guys :)

Bassitt Auto has been our auto repair shop for years. Customer service is great, people there are wonderful and our main reason in staying with them as our preferred auto shop is their honesty. Its Hard to find a garage that will give you an honest recommendation especially for a woman.

I looked for a shop for quite awhile now to replace my clutch in my truck. A lot of shops are dirty and disfunctional. My first impression of Bassit Auto Co. was far from that. From the outside of the building to the lobby and to the shop bays. I can say they have an amazing establishment. The price was fair and the service was everything I could ever ask for. Kevin was my sales guy, he was very thorough at explaining and knew his parts like the back of his hand. I would recommend anyone to go here for vehicle services. I know I will again!

Now that my car has moved out of factory warranty,I was told by my dealer service advisor that I needed about $2500.00 of service updates and normal maintenance. I have always followed the servce recomendations through warranty and felt these recomendatons were excessive. I knew it was time to return to Bassitt Auto Repair for a check up. The crew at Bassitt did a multi-point inspection and review. They recomended some services to be done now and a couple that would need to be looked at in about 6 to 9 momths. In total, when I get all these services completed it will be considerably less expensive. I know from bringing cars and trucks to Bassitt for many years, the work will be done reliably and exceptionally well. I have always appreciated their great customer servce and honesty.
