In needed to get a rear diff seal done . Ford quoted me 1,050 to fix . Redicous price of course . I came to Bassett and paid 274.00. They saved me a ton of money and a lot of frustration for sure. Have used them for years and are truly the only honest repair shop around. Thank you .

My family has been coming here for as long as I can remember. The service has always been phenomenal, the prices competitive, and the one singular time there was a mistake they called me to immediately take full responsibility and give me options for making it right. Bassitt, don't change a thing.

I am very please with their service. Service manager Jamie list out with all the item needed attention for my old 2000 Toyota Camry. And walk through every item and rank them as critical or safety concerned item that need to be repaired right away. And some other things are not critical as nice to be done like all 4 tires struts that will cause more bumpy ride we choice not to fixed at since we are not use this car that often and we are not planning to keep this car for too long. And after we decided all the items to be repaired, they are completed in timely manner. We are very please with their service.
