I have been coming to Bassitt for over 20 years. The works is always done well. They are honest and friendly. They care about customers—there is a children’s play room, and free fresh-brewed beverages (coffee, tea, sodas) while you wait. They tell me what is urgent maintenance, and what can wait, and always tell me ahead of time what it will cost. Trustworthy and excellent, that’s Bassitt to me.

On my very first visit at this shop, I was having issues with my car, and they offered to have a technician take a look at it and discovered the problem right away. I experienced very friendly service, had to leave my car there and they provided a ride home and made an immediate diagnosis of what needed to be done, but I was not forced at all to make a decision to have them do the job. However, I did make the decision to have them do the work because of their honesty and friendliness. I would recommend Bassitt Auto Company to anyone.
