They earn your patronage. I had a square of sticker residue just below where the oil change sticker goes. On a recent trip for service (not an oil change) I noticed after I left that they had removed it. I kicked myself every time I noticed the glue for not removing it myself. Someone there showed an earnest urge to get things done right even when not necessary. Imagine their attention to detail on everything else. Have had nothing but good experiences there. Good with foreign models (I drive a Hyundai Genesis).
