Honest, upfront service about what needed to be done with my vehicle. It was a multiple day job and they called me asap as soon as any additional work was needing authorization to cut down on service time. Provided recommendations for future services that don't need to be done immediately.

I avoid mechanic shops at all cost and would rather go through friends or family!… But when I was hit with an issue I needed repaired immediately and I couldn’t solve myself, I chose to go with these guys due to their reviews. They did NOT disappoint! Honest and friendly from the moment I contacted them! Affordable honest prices!! I never felt cheated when talking to them. Will be returning for future repairs.

On a Thursday my car broke down with no advanced notice. Its because Bassitt is a good shop thier schedule was full until the following Tuesday. They said if we could drop it off right a away they may be able to work it in, no promises. That afternoon they notified me of the problem. I approved the repairs and they had us on the road Friday, days ahead of schedule. The car runs great and my wife and I are thankful to have the folks at Bassit in our corner.
