This is the second time my husband and I have come here to get our truck fixed. Kevin was great at communicating with me what the issue was and what the repair would entail. They were very thorough in explaining how they came to their conclusion about what needed to be done. I also appreciated that they took the time to ask us if we wanted the recently purchased alternator back to get a refund instead of getting the credit under their cost - the refund ended being much more than their credit for the new alternator they had to replace. We will definitely come back here for future repairs!

Quality automotive shops are tough to find. Bassitt has taken care of my little truck for many years. Whenever I go to Bassitt, I know my truck is going to get the best service for an honest price. THey're great about communicating issues and seeking approval.
