Just came in for an oil change today. Perfect service at a good price as always. I have cars ranging from the 1960's thru current vehicles, all of which Bassitt has worked on. They are my go-to garage.

Based on excellent reviews, I took a used Subaru with a rebuilt title to Bassitt Auto for a pre-purchase inspection. Because of the title, I had lots of questions prior to the appointment, plus I had unexpected delays in accessing the car. This resulted in several phone calls and schedule changes ahead of time. Mike answered all my questions, offered additional thoughts, rescheduled, and gave me time, all with good humor. The inspection was thorough and timely, and before I left, Mike offered to fix the stuck hood release latch on my car, gratis. The other people I interacted with there were also friendly and helpful. In addition, the office and waiting areas are immaculate and the decor is just plain cool.

Brought my 2018 F-150 in for a coolant leak that wouldn't present itself easily. These guys stuck with it until they found a small leak in the water pump replaced by Ford not long before. Awesome work ethics and determination not to mention they trusted I had a problem and didn't give up searching it out. Really nice to have independent shops so dedicated to the customer. Highly recommend this business.
