My first visit to Bassitt and I'm hooked! First, if you have to wait for your car the lobby, kids play room, the 60s style booths & chairs are all comfy and clean. There is even a puzzle to work on to help pass the time. Second, all the men who work there are kind, professional and friendly; no talking down or condescension. They were patient with my questions and got the job done on time. Excellent service! I'll go back, for sure.

You just can't go wrong bringing your car to Bassitt Auto. I have brought my cars to them for 15 years now and always received great communication and service that I can trust. My cars have 280,000 miles on one and the other has close to 200, 000 miles on it. Service and repairs they received at Bassitt Auto got them there.

Everyone that helped me took the time to explain why repairs needed to be made and answered questions without making me feel like they were in a rush. I worked directly with Mike. A tire store balanced and rotated four tires.....unfortunately, a wheel stud was broken....again unfortunately, they were not equiped to repair it. Contacted Bassitt Auto online and relievingly got the repair done. They were courteous, straightforward, professional. Also, gave a discount....and offered a soft-drink in their 50's-like waiting area. Thank you
