A very satisfied customer

Job well done! I take this opportunity to let you all know i enjoy doing business the Bassitt Auto . Saying thank you does half the job, but appreciation says more. Management assisted in turning a problem into satisfaction. It's a pleasure to pass your name on for work!

Letter to Paul Linnman, 1190 KEX (edited for space)

Dear Paul,

I have a story to share with you. My Lexus LS 430 turned over 90K miles and it was time to do the timing belt in the 90K service. I priced this all over town , and although Craig was not the least expensive, I chose him because of his reputation.  On February 20 on I-5 near the Columbia Blvd Exit when there was a sound from under the hood. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We coasted off the exit, hit the flashers and tried to start the car again. Nothing. I called a tow Truck and then Craig to tell him I was having my car towed to Hillsboro to his place for repair. He offered, on a Sunday, to come get me and my family, get us a car to drive, and get us home safely. I stated I already had my in-laws on the way to the rescue and to please call me on Monday with a diagnosis before repair.

The next morning before noon I got a call stating one of the timing belt kit components that was replaced at Bassitt had failed, and that there would be no charge to me for repairing my Lexus. Well I have my car back, purrs better than new, they wanted it done right, and there was absolutely no charge to me. You see, Bassitt Auto warrants everything they do for 24 months, and I was completely covered.  My repair was itemized on an invoice and if it had come out of my pocket, the bill would have been over $6600, yes six thousand six hundred American dollars. It was all taken care of, not one nickel out of my pocket.

I cannot say enough about Craig Bassitt and his staff at Bassitt Auto for all they have done and do for me and everyone I have ever sent there. Kudos. I am in the car business and can get work done anywhere, and I will always go to Bassitt Auto.
