Im a back yard wanna be mechanic who hates to pay shop prices,Then ya got that expression "leave it to the professionals"... Anyway my truck been having issues that I could not figure out,I took my truck in and Jamie told me the going price for an exam which of course I cringed and told him to go ahead and do it,The next day as promised I received a phone call from Jamie who told me the results and my options and how much it would cost,Im glad I was sitting down when he told me the $$$ amount.I considered buying the parts and doing it myself but I don't really have the time,I told him to go ahead and do it, along the way they ran in to some difficulties not knowing what size cam was in my motor to jet my carburetor,after figuring that out I was told my truck was done,I picked it up and by the time I got to work it ran worse than before I took it...Im like oh great here we go me against them,I called Jamie,told him what was up and was told to bring it back.being it was a Friday and they were closed on weekends Jamie offered me a loner which was awesome since he seen my back up ride was a bicycle,I picked my Truck up Monday afternoon and this being Tuesday morning my truck has never ran sooooooosmooooooth,,,was it worth the money,HellYeah,..And there ya go folks,my review of Bassitt Auto..
What can I say. If you are looking for honest, respectful, professional, gracious men and women to work on your car, look no further. By far the BEST experience I have ever had when dealing with a repair shop. The motto "treat others the way you would like to be treated" is alive and well at Bassitt.

Outstanding company and employees! Very up front with all costs, communicated clearly and were obviously a very good team. I took my 1997 Nissan Maxima in for diagnosis of any possible problems, before I pass it on to my grandson. Turns out it will need a new transmission soon and it is probably not a good 'gift'. They were totally up front about all costs, were not pushy about fixing it and encouraged me to do what was most financially sound. They understood when I decided not to proceed any further when the car is only worth between $500.-$1000. I will donate the car to a charity, that will auction it off 'as is', and it will give me a good tax deduction.
