Bassitt Auto is a great mechanic shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and gets your car back to you in a timely manner. Excellent service all around! I enjoyed the free vanilla latte and my son loved all the cool shop items inside and outside. This is our new go to auto body shop!
This shop is one of the best. They have been a partner for most of my 40 year career as a landscape contractor. With 2 work trucks and 2 other personal vehicles and vehicles my daughter has owned over the years. They were always upfront and did whatever they could to repair or do scheduled maintenance with minimal downtime. I am retired now, and they take care of my Ranger. I ain't going anywhere else.

I have been with Bassett for about ten years. I really don't trust anybody else. They are competent, honest and many other positive attributes. The vehicles are always fixed right the first time.
Great service, quickly diagnosed the problems, told me what needed to be done, what could be done, and didn't try to get me to do anything extra. Got my car back in 24 hours. Great experience, will definitely keep going back.
Mike P had great communication with what was wrong with my vehicles. He made sure to give me options and was honest about the work that needed to be done. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness with explaining everything that was going on and how quickly I was able to get my truck and car back. Also, cute 60s diner vibe in the office which made it even better. 10/10 I definitely would recommend this place and ask for Mike!

Been taking my car here for almost 10 years. Mazda Protege lasted 303k mi & 23 years with their help. Honest service and did not charge if they found later that the problem was actually something other than initially diagnosed & repaired.
