Great job by the tech. They did just what I needed and asked for, truck is running good. I was told up front what my costs would be. I appreciate the work put in to find one issue. They kept the truck an extra day worked on it but was not successful at no charge to me. I was told to dig into more was going to be expensive. My choice was not to go and further it. My truck is a 1997 Nissan pickup, which I purchased new, and If I remember correctly Bassitt Auto is the only shop I have used. Good guys to work with.

These people are thorough and dedicated to doing a great job. They want the customer to be 100% satisfied with the work being performed. They also back their work completely and will go the extra mile to make whatever went wrong is fixed to exceed the specs and make you vehicle better than when you originally brought it in. Bassitt may not be the least expensive but they are one of the best and most caring.

Excellent service every time

I was in for a couple of things. Oil change and oil leak. They advised me of other issues as well.

Bassitt is hands down the nicest most trustworthy auto shop I have ever been to. When I call them to talk about what my car problem is they always give me honest answers and I never feel as though they are talking down to me or selling me services that I don't need.

Great work, great service

Excellent and speedy service, as well as good communication literally saved me thousands. An identified issue at the dealership and subsequent quote was for $1800 worth of work. After a quick phone call, Bassit was able to get me in within the week and able to diagnose what the likely problem was for a fraction of the estimated cost. They got on it as soon as I gave my okay and I had my vehicle back with in a day. Along with a plan to check up on the issue and verify there are not any follow up issues.
