I am a long-time (3 years) customer at Bassitt and this was my first oil change with their new Lightning Lube service. I was very impressed and pleased with the speed and professionalism of the service as well as the courteous and positive attitude of the young lady running the front desk.

Because of the wonderful reputation of Bassitt Auto, I trust when I am told of repairs needed even if I really don't want to know because of cost. The friendliness and courtesy given is so appreciated. I recommend Bassitt whenever I can.

Pleasant personnel and nice environment. Advisor was short staffed that day but still got in touch with me. Give recommendation re the initial repair request for service and did check the brakes upon my request. The rear brakes did indeed need repair. Loaner car was quick and easy. Shall return.

Great company, gives you honest answers about cost and repair. Plus free coffee and great waiting area. They didn't even mind I was in my pajamas.

I've used Bassitt a few times & they provide consistently good service. Had a problem recently that a nearby Ford dealership could not fix (of course, they charged for their attempts). I went a couple rounds with the dealership's service dept in order to get them to do some tests to try to identify the issue - they simply were not interested. I finally gave up. Took the car to Bassitt - the tech listened to my explanation of the problem, diagnosed it quickly & fixed it. Also worth mentioning - the free loaner car program is great. It makes having my car serviced that much less of a hassle.

I am not a complete idiot when it comes to cars and engines and such. But I was confident that my Suzuki should not sound like someone tied a sock full of marbles to the under carriage. Every time we stopped, the rattling got louder. After a couple of days with you guys, she sounds better than when she was new. Well done. I appreciate the constant updates, the staff friendliness, and the place looks great. Thanks again, Steven and Gayle. PS. It would be 5/5 stars, but you guys keep spelling our names wrong.
