We had our vehicle examined at a couple of other shops for our heating/cooling problem but it never got fully resolved. Eli looked into and finally uncovered the root cause and it's now resolved! They are very friendly and eager to do the job right. Great experience.

A few days ago, the skid pan on my 2004 Toyota Camry came loose and was dragging on the road. I called you folks and was able to get in the same afternoon. You managed to secure the pan to the undercarriage in a short time and at NO CHARGE! Thank you so much and I will certainly keep your company in mind when I need further work done on our two cars!

Intermittent problems are very hard to diagnose; if a mechanic can't reproduce the problem, there's not much that can be done to fix it. Some shops might charge for time spent trying to reproduce the problem, but Bassitt Auto didn't; there was no repair work done, so no charge. I really appreciate that.

Have always had Great service at Bassitt. They have restored my faith that integrity and honesty in customer service is alive and well, not like recent experiences at dealerships. Kudos to you Bassitt.
